The overall purpose of the HRSA Evaluation Studies Master IDIQ is to assist the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) with a variety of evaluation-related activities. The types of activities are organized into three (3) Domains, and each Domain has a separate multiple award Master IDIQ. Activities within Domain 2 may include: (1) determining and strengthening capacity for health and public health-related evaluation both within HRSA and among its programs/grantees and (2) providing technical assistance and training to build evaluation capacity among HRSA programs and HRSA staff to enhance both the ability of programs to conduct evaluation and the ability/capacity of HRSA to conduct evaluations on its programs.
