Join MicroHealth’s Annual Giving Season – 2025

Vienna, Virginia – MicroHealth LLC is gearing up for its two-part annual giving season. This year we’re focusing on two essential campaigns to help the community:

  1. Non-perishable Food Drive (Oct. 20 – Nov. 7)
  1. Toy Drive (Nov. 10 – 24 )

Employees can participate in the donation drive via Amazon Wish Lists for food and toys. These digital Wish Lists enable everyone to make a meaningful impact regardless of their location, allowing team members to join the giving efforts with just a few clicks.

“Re-introducing the wish list and QR code had a huge impact on people’s ability to participate, especially for remote and hybrid employees,” adds Heidi Ashbaugh, Marketing & Communications Senior Manager for MicroHealth. “People are usually interested and willing to help. Adding the virtual option has made it that much easier, and we almost doubled the amount of collections.”

Every item purchased goes to local families and organizations in need. Whether it’s a box of cereal or a new toy, every contribution matters.

“We understand that not everyone may be in a position to contribute, and that’s OK,” adds Ashbaugh. “But that is exactly why we are doing this sort of activity. We know that life happens, and sometimes you might just need to lean on others for support. At MicroHealth, we’ve been happy to help support the communities for more than a decade and have no plans to stop anytime soon.”

MicroHealth recognizes the importance of community support. For those interested in giving, the Amazon Wish Lists provide an easy way to contribute, regardless of location. Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference in someone’s life.

Hi! I'm Morgan, and I'm part of MicroHealth's marketing and communications team. I work with our subject matter experts to create content that informs and engages—because great content about federal IT doesn't have to be boring.
Here's how I work: I use MAIKO, our generative AI tool, to help me draft stories and get started quickly. But I don't stop there—I iterate, refine, and hand-massage every piece of content through rigorous review until it's something people genuinely want to read. MAIKO handles the first draft; I bring the creativity, accuracy, and polish that make it worth your time.
My mission is simple: showcase what makes MicroHealth a leader in federal IT while keeping things interesting along the way.
