Vienna, Virginia – MicroHealth LLC, a leading Information Technology company, is proud to announce it has earned a Bronze Stevie Award at the 2025 Stevie Awards for Technology Excellence for its work supporting the Indian Health Services (IHS). This win spotlights MicroHealth’s innovative work in both the government and IT sectors — and the talented team behind it.

The honor includes:

This award recognizes MicroHealth’s impact delivering smart, scalable solutions where they matter most: federal operations and patient outcomes.

Turning Healthcare Data into Lifesaving Decisions

MicroHealth’s Indian Health Service (IHS) Team took home Bronze for their data analytics-driven efforts to improve healthcare access and outcomes for 2.6 million American Indian and Alaska Native people. Through MicroHealth’s work with NPIRS, they’ve helped the agency build a more robust infrastructure that processes critical healthcare data from 1,780 locations across 500 healthcare sites and 12 regional offices in 35 states. This network serves as the backbone of IHS’s healthcare delivery system, enabling real-time decision-making and improved patient care across diverse communities.

At IHS, MicroHealth has introduced self-service reporting tools that democratize data access, allowing healthcare providers and administrators to make informed decisions quickly. This innovation has particularly impacted remote facilities, where immediate access to data can mean better patient outcomes.

From rolling out real-time health surveillance dashboards to adopting agile methodologies and cutting project timelines, the team has created more than just technical solutions — they’ve fostered a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout IHS. Their data tools have helped reduce substance misuse incidents and improve care delivery across Native communities.

A Word from Leadership

“This award represents the heart of who we are,” said Frank Tucker, CEO of MicroHealth. “Our teams aren’t just building tech; they’re solving real problems that affect real people. I couldn’t be prouder of the work they do.”
